Going forward when you buy a scout you will "build" your requirements in the following way. Taking defenders as an example:

1. You select the rating of player you want. To start with the player's age will depend on the starting rating you choose
2. You then can tailor your player with the listed rules
3. The price of your player when calculated is the ATM BUYING price for that equivalent player + 50%. These prices are listed in the guidelines
