FA Cup Format

All Teams will compete in the FA Cup in the following format

The 8 League 1 teams will play in a preliminary round with the 4 winners advancing to the first round proper

After this the competition will continue as a straight, 1 leg knockout

Semi Finals and Final will be at neutral venues
